Blessing offer to release the Christmas EP ‘Like A Child’ on October 20th

Number 1 singer/multi-instrumentalist Blessing Offor has announced a brand new collection of Christmas songs, Like A Child, releasing just in time for the holidays. Available from October 20, Like A Child features three Christmas songs, including the illustrative and striking all-original title track.

‘Like A Child’ is a song full of pictorial moments and soulful references to a younger perspective on the holidays. Reminiscent of tall Christmas trees, mountainous snow piles and fleeting moments of bliss, Blessing conveys a message of innocence and hope, backed by brilliant guitar work and vocal harmonies.

2023 has proven to be a big year for Blessing, as his full-length debut My Tribe is officially the BIGGEST STREAMING DEBUT by a solo male artist on Capitol CMG. The album – which Billboard calls “a testament to his own hard-fought journey” – debuted in the Top 20 of three Billboard charts: Christian/Gospel Albums, Top 200 Christian/Gospel Albums and Current Digital Albums charts. Single “Brighter Days” has become a mainstream bastion, charting in the top 25 on mainstream AC radio.

Additionally, Blessing has earned three 2023 Dove Award nominations: Pop/Contemporary Recorded Song of the Year for “Brighter Days,” Pop/Contemporary Album of the Year for My Tribe and Short Form Music Video of The Year (Performance) for “The Goodness” with TobyMac. With last year’s nomination for “New Artist of the Year,” Blessing has been nominated for a total of four Dove Awards in his career.
